Adrienne, The recent issue you've experienced with EAS audio was a case where the jurisdiction accidentally recorded audio as an MP4 and then labeled the file as an acceptable MP3 file. It is not a big surprise that EAS devices did not play the mis-labeled audio file and reverted to internal TTS. Al Kenyon
