[EAS] CAP Audio Problems???

Hi, Adrienne, 

Code Red is in use in my local area of California, but I'm not aware that our local county emergency services managers are using Code Red to pass on EAS messages.  I've not received any on my devices.

If it's helpful, I can ask whether they are doing so, and what the results are.
