[EAS] CAP Audio Problems???

Has anyone else had problems with EAS tests and activations sent through
Code Red/On Solve? Our agencies are experiencing problems getting the Code
Red program to accept the pre-recorded audio message. The file uploads
properly but the Code Red program switches the monthly test or activation
audio to the Text-To-Speech function, and it goes downhill from there. 

 

How is Code Red working in other states? What programs are working in your
state?
