[EAS] SiriusXM random weekly tests

When SiriusXM resumed weekly testing, there was a question whether they 
would transmit tests at a consistent time or random times during the week.
Because SiriusXM obtained a testing waiver from the FCC, it has no 
requirement to conduct any weekly testing.

Thu Jan 27 14:16:00 2022 EST
Tue Feb 1 03:46:00 2022 EST
Thu Feb 10 14:47:00 2022 EST
