SiriusXM conducted a monthly RMT last night (2/23 at 2:46am EST), since resuming regular weekly tests. The EAS message audio levels were at -15 dBFS, about -6 dBFS below the regular program audio levels. The EAS data bursts are nearly at 0 dBFS. I don't know SiriusXM audio chain for FEMA programming. Whether it will match those audio levels.
