Its been almost 10 years, time for our FCC Franchise to resolve its Errors.

I see now that comments have been posted from from Digital Alert Systems, the National Cable Telecommunication Association, and the American Cable Association.  Is also a comment from Gary Timm, who is swinging for the bleachers by asking the Commission to clean up a whole bunch of issues in the Part 11 rules.
