[EAS] No Monday CAP RWT from FEMA?

Thanks everyone for your replies.  In my case, Al's email got sent to my Spam folder.  I don't recall this ever happening to an EAS Forum post before, but I suppose if it did, I may have just not known about it.

Adreinne, I'll do the two things that you suggested.  That seems like plenty to account for the missing test.
