[EAS] No Monday CAP RWT from FEMA?

There was a note from Al Kenyon about this: 
>Due to a premature termination of the weekly chron job responsible for
generating the weekly IPAWS EAS RWTs the weekly RWTs were only sent to Guam,
Atlantic, Eastern, and Central time zone groups.<

Apparently it didn't get to everyone, as a result, I think, of an internet
outage in DC and other areas around the country. I didn't get Al's note, it
was forwarded to me by Randall Miller. Thank goodness for the EAS Forum! 

Make a note in your EAS logs about Al's email. It will be reported in the
IPAWS EAS Feed Notification Monthly Report, which you can attach to your EAS
records.
