[EAS] No Monday CAP RWT from FEMA?

Have you checked your spam/junk folder? There was an email sent from Al Kenyon to this list on Monday explaining what happened. It ended up in my spam folder though, so it wasn't obvious.

The text of the email is below:

>Due to a premature termination of the weekly chron job responsible for generating the weekly IPAWS EAS RWTs the weekly RWTs were only sent to Guam, Atlantic, Eastern, and Central time zone groups. This will be noted in the November IPAWS EAS Feed Notification Monthly Report due out in early December.
