I am aware of a local crime that was coordinated with cellular telephones.
 
Cellular telephones are radio transceivers, married to computers.
 
Because cell phones use RF spectrum, wouldn't the FCC have just as much jurisdiction over cell phones, used in the commission of a felony, as they do with CB, FRS, GMRS, amateur, etc.?
