[EAS] Sources and RWT's

I'd be thrilled if these sources would send RWT's at 3AM on Sunday
Morning....Or some other time that they feel would be least disruptive to
their business model.     

Seems to me that their request was based on the - then - fact that no one
was monitoring them for EAS purposes.
Perhaps the Commish, in light of what's happened and our reliance on these
satellite sources would re-consider?
