[EAS] [EXTERNAL] Any state using TV for EAS daisy-chain distribution

Back in 2018, I purchased a Contemporary Research 232-ATSC for the purpose of tuning the local TV station for AMBER Alerts. I got it on Ebay. It was under $100. Contemporary Research is still around and still makes HDTV tuners.
