[EAS] Trouble with new IPAWS certificate?

Perhaps I was just too proud of myself for not waiting until the last minute (or later) to update my decoders' IPAWS digital certificate...
The two Pacific Time Zone IPAWS RWT's sent since I updated the IPAWS CA got dumped into my decoder's CAP waste bin instead of being registered as valid RWT's.

Anybody else already update their certificate and now having the IPAWS RWT's not triggering your decoder?
I am still getting the local county's messages via IPAWS, per normal.

Rich in Alaska (once you stop rockin' from the 7.5), did any of the DASDEC units you control log today's IPAWS RWT?
