[EAS] IPAWS certificate authority (CA) expires in less than 20 days...

[GD 'list nanny' wouldn't let me post a reply - even though quoting
some of the message below helped establish the context.  Someone needs
to dope slap the 'nanny'....but I trimmed it. Now I remember why I
avoid this list most of the time.... (THERE, is that MORE THAN 80% NEW
STUFF? HUH, IS IT, IS IT?) <sheesh> Maybe I'll just keep a copy of
the Lorem Ipsum generator available to add to all my replies]

Thanks Randall for confirming that the 'example' in the field bulletin
is incorrect - using IPAWS OPEN instead of FEMA IPAWS (as in the
bulletin example) definitely works. All good!
