I'm not sure what people are trying to accomplish changing the polling
interval. If you are trying to win the horse race, if all the stations
keep using a shorter & shorter interval, you all end up back at a 50/50
horse race (coin toss, whatever your metaphore). It requires software
changes to really prefer one monitoring source over the another source.

Back to the original question:

If your SAGE didn't log the IPAWS RWT, look on the "Tools" section of the
Sage ENDEC management page for the specific device (not the sage corporate
web site, your local sage device IP address). Usually the button for IPAWS
logs or the Wget logs will contain one or more error messages pointing to
the problem.

The log files will always have various messages and errors, that's normal.
The internet is an imperfect place. Look for errors around the time the
IPAWS RWT was supposed to happen.

Although your Sage should have rebooted after installing the latest IPAWS
certificates, also check the Version section on the Sage management page.
The last line should include "SI Rev 5".

You can also contact Sage technical support.

Monroe/DASDEC and Trilithic have similar logs in different areas of their
device web management pages.
