[EAS] How do we solve a streaming data reporting problem?

I am one of three unpaid volunteers who run wmjs-lp here in Calvert County MD. In addition to transmitting on 102.1 MHz to our local audience we now stream online at wmjs.org. Our streaming provider is Primcast.com

I need advice from anyone who uses Primcast and successfully reports their streaming data to SoundExchange. As an lpfm we are required to send two weeks of data once per quarter.  So far we have been unable to get our reports uploaded successfully and need somd advice from someone who IS doing it successfuly.

Here is a list of the hardware & software we are using:

HP desktop running Windows 7 Pro
Microsoft Office 2016
Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome are available
