        Normal, for the FCC, is to demand the
        Forms be filled out the same day, even
        if a contractor has to deal with a dozen
        or two stations spread all around. 

        Combine that with the server issues 
        (when will the FCC learn? Probably
        not before the next excessively costly
        contract for web services is made.
