[EAS] EAS Log Format

I just remembered something pertaining to this thread.
A station cluster that I used to work at was inspected by the FCC 
shortly after I left their employ.
(No, I had nothing to do with this incident as I was gainfully employed 
elsewhere and trying to drain a swamp)
One of the violations was in regards to no EAS equipment, which makes me 
assume that the paper tape logs that I inspected and filed were 
inspected by the EB.

I asked about this when KBGL was set up in the building but was told not 
to worry about it.
The Public File was also locked in the GM's office, which I also tried 
to change, and the GM was the only one with a key.
When asked by the FCC why that was, the OM said (as related later to me) 
No one ever wants to see that, so who cares.
