[EAS] FEMA NPT test scheduled for Sept 27 (planned)

FYI, FEMA plans to conduct a national EAS test on Sept 27th, 2017 with a
rain date of Oct. 4th.  

 

Using the NPT code.  Probably bilingual again.

Now, if the FCC can just get the ETRS system working right by then ...
