[EAS] List of EAS State Plans

Sean,
I will respectfully disagree with the requirement/need to individually search for state plans using a search engine.
Certainly, if you are trying to find one state plan, that's OK.
But if you want a comprehensive list, this site has fallen short.
If the FCC cannot keep a current list, then what sort of an example does that set?
Rather than have a list that doesn't work, why don't they just remove it?
A lot of EAS these days seems to be do as I say, not as I do.
This started out innocently enough, but is turning out to be more, or in this case less, than I expected.
I'm just calling them like I see them.
And what I see is not very helpful.
