Harold,
Just wanting to verify, If you put in a NPT filter, and set it to Local 
area, will it still respond to the 00000 code?

Also with the 89-30 filter respond to a NPT that isn't coded as 00000?
ie if they decide to send a "special NPT" Just for Samoa is every box in 
the country going to Join in?
