Well, I'm going to find out.  While I replaced my greatly loved HU961 
with a Sage, I have the Hollyanne HU961 in a test setup to an LP-1 for 
tomorrows six-zero biggie.  If it decodes it, then the only thing it 
won't do is the two new codes (high wind and storm surge).

So peradventure a station is fully compliant but for those two weather 
codes, are we talking a forfeiture level violation?  I doubt it.
