[EAS] When is a test no longer a test?

What's probably going to really happen is the 'test' will be a live EAN, martial law will be declared, we will get instructions as to which FEMA camp to go to, and the black helicopters will soon fill the skies. Then, things will start to get bad.

All this prep is to make sure the EAN will propagate smoothly.

There never will be an EAT.
