[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28 National EAS Test?

This particular instance the test date is during our fall fund drive. The
time is going to be during our lunch hour during live-pitching. The
programming folks plan to accommodate it somehow. That won't
always happen.
A few years ago, a solar outage fell into the same time frame, and
they simply made it into a goal mechanism (see if we can raise $1000
during the outage to help nudge the sun out of the way!).
I know programming is planning to take this more seriously, but they
still see it as an opportunity.
