[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28 National EAS Test?

Do not assume it will occur exactly at 2:20pm (Eastern Time).  It could 
occur a few minutes early or late or not at all.

Generally, you should make no programming changes.  Allow the EAS 
equipment to interrupt programming when it needs to.

Do not leave a gap in your program schedule.  If you do, you might end up 
with "dead air" if the NPT doesn't happen at exactly the time you expect.
