[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28 National EAS Test?

Hi there...

I have an operational question about the planning and timing of the September 28 National EAS Test.

The last national test was difficult to plan for, because there was no way to tell the exact time of when the test would come in and there ended up being a delay. 

This time, it's IPAWS/CAP is being used.  The national test is scheduled for 2:20pm.  How are other stations planning to broadcast this test with regular programming?  Are you planning for this to happen exactly at 2:20pm?
