[EAS] DASDEC Version 3

I'm not familiar enough with the DASDEC products to tell you if Version 3 is
really necessary, or if V2.6  is compliant with everything for the National
EAS Test. It's not just the All USA 000000 FIPS Code, there's also the NPT
Event Code and the way the equipment handles it. Can you program the NPT to
immediately and automatically rebroadcast the NPT? I can't find any
documentation on that question. Maybe another DASDEC user can answer the
question. The DASDEC website doesn't have that information. I would suggest
