Which is why moving alert transport into an ATSC data stream makes a lot of
sense - a non-invasive, station-to-station distribution relay can be
created, potentially at equipment costs less that that silly Nintendo Wii I
bought the kids for Christmas. Not the thousands of dollars per site that
the two solutions mentioned by the FCC in the NPRM. We did this 10 years
ago during a nationwide FEMA pilot (heck Don, you probably still have that
old ETAC documentation laying around).

I think if future operational workflow can provide an off-line non-invasive,
always auto-forward method for distribution relay, then OK great, bring it
