information for questions about the nation-wide test at the FCC.

A test is a test.  A bunch of stuff went wrong (and right) with the
last national test in 2011.  Don't panic. Dp you due diligence, and fill
out the paperwork accurately, whether or not any piece of equipment works, 
doesn't work, or goes up in flames. There will likely be a bunch of stuff 
that goes wrong, goes right this time too. That's why there are tests.
