[EAS] EAS RWTs and RMTs with no audio

To help cure the noisy NWS reception, use the best antenna system you can manage. I see some people using a piece of wire dangling off the back of the receiver. That's not as good as a simple scanner antenna on the roof attached through coax, even cheap TV RG-6. You don't need to use hardline.

On number two, sounds like you might have your Endec set up to relay RWT and you also have the attention tone duration set to something other than zero. Most stations do not relay RWT, only RMT.

Not sure how it works in Maryland, but speaking as the chair of an Ohio EAS operational area, I can say that the chairs I know are a resource for help with EAS programming. If that approach is not productive, the folks at Sage have a great support team. I'll even take a look at your station's ES2 configuration file if you need.
