[EAS] Canada's New "EAS" Now Online

Interesting that they copied some of our alert types like Amber, but seem to 
have nothing for radiological emergencies, shelter in place, etc.  The tones 
sound like high speed data plus an alternating alert attention tone both 
sent simultaneously!  They last long enough to be able to transmit a large 
data file, maybe a few minutes worth of text to speech?  If so, that will be 
an interesting departure from our dependence upon audio rebroadcast for 
pre-CAP EAS.
