A clarification... the Sage ENDEC can handle the 000000 code for EAN with filters set they way they are in the default configuration, but that won't allow the new desire for "regional EANs".  There will need to be a software update that will allow you to relay only EANs that apply to your region, as well as a "national" EAN or a national NPT.  As there may be other changes required by the FCC in the final R&O for this round, we're waiting to make all the changes at once.   The software update will available only for the 3644, there will be no ROM update for the old 1822.
