[EAS] ALL USA FIPS CODE; converter boxes

Thanks for the quick response.  Hopefully we can hear from James Gorman 
directly regarding his products.  Aside from FIPS code issue, anyone 
know whether his converter box will be compliant after June 30, 2015 in 
regards to the current rules?  I guess there are probably two 
scenarios... one if it is connected to his decoder and one if it is 
connected to another decoder (such as old model SAGE). I know of a few 
TV stations using the Trilithic products, so it would also be helpful to 
know their status.  Last I heard, they tend to want a lot of money for 
software updates.

Daryl, can your EAS3320 converter be used with another company's 
decoder?  If so, in that scenario, would it comply with the current Part 
11 after June 30, 2015?
