Clay,

I heard that FEMA has recalled all the XM receivers that were delivered to State EOCs and other locations. Not sure why, but this is not a good sign for continued FEMA-Sirius/XM partnership. 

I also seem to recall back when the merger between Sirius and XM was before the FEDs for approval, there was this movement to provide an "public service" EAS signal. So now wondering where this stands today now that the merger is complete.

So many questions, never enough answers.
