[EAS] Request for contact info and possibly URL for State of NY CAP (NY-ALERT?)

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to track down the proper URL and settings for the State of New York CAP server (I believe it is known as NY-ALERT) for our Sage Endec 'Blue Boxes'.

We're having some pretty nasty weather and flooding here in Vermont, and through a quirk in NWS policy, information for our two southernmost counties 'only' comes from NWS in Albany (which precious few stations in Vermont can actually monitor), and the BTV office does not forward those alerts. 

My thought is that we 'might' be able to pull those alerts directly from the NY State CAP server with the requisite filters. The Albany NWS alerts do show up at http://www.nyalert.gov/Public/News/AllHazardNewsList.aspx?newsType=ALERT

And unless something has changed recently, I don't believe NWS is providing any kind of CAP feed directly available for stations.

I've made several calls and left a lot of messages, but everyone is quite busy with this weather, so its understandable that I haven't heard anything back. And of course, it's always when things go 'bad' that these questions come up...but if anyone knows some info or contacts to point us in the right direction it would be much appreciated!
