[EAS] Strange NWS Event Code

Here is the list from NWS: <http://www.nws.noaa.gov/os/eas_codes.shtml>.  I do not see "AFD" on it.  I suppose it is possible that their encode equipment put the wrong code in or a relaying encoder parsed the message wrong twice and passed it incorrectly parsed?  Or maybe an "Area Forecast Discussion" somehow became SAME encoded?  

KVEF did issue an Area Forecast Discussion at 324 AM PDT today. <http://www.nws.noaa.gov/view/prodsByState.php?state=nv&prodtype=discussion>
