[EAS] Strange NWS Event Code

Doesn't sound like a watch or a warning.
Those usually end in A or W.

By what method did they receive the alert?
I would think if it were by EAS that someone at one of the stations would know what it was because they had to program it into the EAS decoder.

Did anyone ask the local NWS office?
