I'm not 100% but those networks who are "cable only" are probably
non-participating as it's not their problem, it's the local providers
problem.

Also, the problem is which satellite to pick? I aim at 97, another guy
aims at 127, someone else might be aiming at 62, etc. You would have
to put it up on the most common birds at the uplink side (very spendy)
or pick a bird and we all look at it. (equally as spendy)

The SXM idea works, as does say leasing a dish network channel (or
DirecTV for those who use that), it'd be more affordable and much more
likely stations already have a dish aimed there.
