[EAS] Secure access to EAS and other gear at remote sites

I have done similar EAS set ups in the past, and yes this does work 
well, and would be secure behind a firewall, but troubleshooting 
standard EAS troubles, like missed tests and reception problems become a 
big headache when the EAS box is located in a hard to reach transmitter 
site.
