[EAS] Secure access to EAS and other gear at remote sites

Brina/All:

The VNC app. I use has remote printing ability and remote audio monitoring. I can do everything off site for a SAGE ENDEC that I need to for all aspects of EAS including trouble shooting. I have the device set up to email me, a local first responder contract engineer, and the designated chief operator for all EAS events.
