        It doesn't matter.
        The GM
        The PD
        The production person
        A part-time person who is tasked monitor EAS

        With current technology, they can call in the report
        from anywhere and fire it off within a couple of minutes.

        It only takes a station that cares about it community.

        Really?   From a station that only relays RMT and EAN?

        Sorry ... EAS is broken from above. And, if broadcast
        continues as they have, other media will be the
        "go to" place. Just wait until CMAS manages to send
