[EAS] New posting on the EAS Forum on the National Test

Greetings:

FEMA originated the first-ever national EAS test over one year ago on November 9, 2011.  EAS stakeholders are still waiting for word from the FCC on what the test accomplished. There is a new post on the EAS_Forum entitled "EAS: Very Much a Work in Progress" you might want to look at.
