[EAS] Daisy Chain

Clay,

I agree with you, but it seems not very many people in our area do.  The local emergency management has left the impression at meeting they do not like EAS in any form, do not want to improve it, and do not plan on every using it.  The only reason to come to the meetings is they had to.  Past history has shown this out, also.  If the is an emergency announcement it seems they refuse to issue an EAS.  Hard to push uphill from the end of the chain.
