[EAS] Yesterday's CAP RWT

Regarding using 000000 as a National EAS Location Code - this was suggested in comments filed prior to the last FCC EAS CAP rules adopted in January. At that time, the FCC said it is deferring ruling on a National EAS Location Code until it completes its analysis of the November 2011 Nationwide EAS Test. The FCC has still not released its analysis of that test, thus the 000000 National EAS Location Code, among a number of other items, remains on hold at the FCC.
