[EAS] Yesterday's CAP RWT

It doesn't matter to me when anyone originates RWT's, but from a source that historically follows a set day and time for testing to rapid-fire five tests, two of which repeated the locations (not duplicates, however) not at those normal day & times says something unusual was going on to me.

Perhaps it was just training, and I'm not opposed to more training (as long as it doesn't trigger our EAS box)!

We have confirmed that last night's RWT was an unscheduled test of the IPAWS OPEN system.

You will see it in your logs as just another RWT (abeit at an "odd" time).

Another comment has been made to the FEMA, pleading for communication to let us know when something like this is happening.
