[EAS] Voluntary Local EAS Carriage: Can We All Take Two Steps Forward?

Greetings:

I just posted a new article on the EAS Forum that tries to answer a question many of us have been asking.

Since Governor Must Carry was eliminated in the FCC's Fifth Report and Order, is there a way to encourage more of those subject to Part 11 to voluntarily carry EAS warnings?

The BWWG thinks there is.
