>From what I've heard, there has been just the one computer until this week's
effort to add a second computer. IMHO, it seems as if the FCC mandate for
broadcasters to monitor FEMA IPAWS was a little premature and we
broadcasters are at best accidental, at worst, unwilling participants in
FEMA's efforts to create their ideal IPAWS network.
