[EAS] Approving State Plans

Gary has again given us all some good information and guidance.

Absent the FCC announcing that they have made all the changes to Part 11 they want to make, I would think that there's nothing wrong with issuing a document that has the word"guidance" somewhere in its title. As we get closer to June 30, all diligent EAS entities in broadcasting, cable and satellite distribution want to be prepared.

Meanwhile, I am sure that Gary and the BWWG will try to get further clarification.
