[EAS] EAS Forum posting on today's FCC TTS decision

As most of you know now, the FCC  today overturned their prohibition announced in their Fifth Report and Order on the use of CAP EAS Text To Speech (TTS). The FCC's decision today proves that the EAS user community along with FEMA succeeded in making a strong case for this reversal. The text of the relevant part of this decision is posted now on the EAS Forum website [ http://eas.radiolists.net/ ] along with observations of how and why the reversal came about, and why it happened a lot faster than some observers had predicted.
