Tom,

Yes, the Sage Digital ENDEC model 3644 is certified under the 
existing FCC rules.  Each one has a sticker on the back with the FCC 
ID for that certification.

Stations that have replaced their old EAS equipment with a Sage 
Digital ENDEC model 3644 have FCC Part 11 compliant hardware, up 
through and including the 4th R&O issued last week.
